Dear Parents,
We have been focusing on keeping healthy, talking to your children about healthy and unhealthy foods. Also, the importance of cleaning teeth, exercise and sleeping well.
Due to a review of safeguarding and welfare regarding drinks for children, we have made the decision to only offer milk or water during snack and lunch times. This will take effect from 1st February.
Even diluted juice contains lots of sugar. Please could we also ask that you encourage your child to have water rather than juice, in their drinks bottle.
If your child is due to start school in September 2023, you should have applied for their place.
We now have a website up and running, we will continue to hand out paper newsletters, you will also be able to view them online, along with term dates. If we need to close in an emergency, you will be contacted and updates will be available on the website.
